What is Thrivent Choice? How can you use Thrivent to make a difference and help Community of Hope Church?

If you are a member of Thrivent Financial, Thrivent Choice Dollars can be requested before March 31, 2025. Take advantage of this opportunity to bless Community of Hope ministries with these dollars.

A member of Community of Hope who also is a member of Thrivent participated earlier this year. The church was blessed with four $250 gift cards ($1,000 total) that were used to purchase food for the Food 4 Thought program.

Thrivent is a membership-owned fraternal organization, as well as a holistic financial services organization, providing financial advice, investments, insurance, banking and generosity programs to help people make the most of all they’ve been given. Thrivent Choice is one of many membership programs available to help clients make a meaningful impact in their communities.

Directing Choice Dollars® and personal giving: A how-to guide

Direct Choice Dollars online

1. Visit Thrivent.com.

2. Click Log in. Enter your Thrivent ID and password. (If you haven’t yet registered, click Register now.)

3. Click Direct Choice Dollars.

4. Choose the organization to which you want to direct Choice Dollars:

   1. To direct to a previous organization:

      1. Locate the organization from the list and enter the number of Choice Dollars you would like to direct.

   2. To direct to a new organization:

      1. Click + Find an organization.

      2. In the search box, enter keyword(s) like organization name, ZIP code, cause, etc.

      3. Locate and click the desired organization. Click Select.

      4. Enter the number of Choice Dollars you would like to direct.

5. Click Review.

6. Validate the information. If accurate, click Confirm.

Direct Choice Dollars by phone

1. Call 800-847-4836 and when prompted, say “Thrivent Choice.”

2. Press 1 to direct Choice Dollars or 2 to hear Thrivent Choice Dollars program Terms and Conditions. (If prompted, say or enter your phone number and date of birth.)

3. A client service professional will work with you to direct Choice Dollars.

How to Make a Personal Donation to Community of Hope through Thrivent Choice

Want to make an even bigger difference? Make a personal donation at thrivent.com/thriventchoice. Thrivent pays the processing fees so 100% of your donation goes to help.*

1. Scroll down to the Make a personal donation section.

2. Click Donate and search the Thrivent Choice Catalog.

3. Once you locate the organization to which you wish to donate, click Make a personal donation. You’ll then be sent to a Personal Donation page.

4. Follow the prompts to make the donation.

The Thrivent Choice program has helped support churches and other nonprofit organizations since 2010. More than $619 million in Choice Dollars grant funds distributed. Over 670,000 clients participated. Over 49,500 organizations received outreach funding. You're helping strengthen communities and change lives.
